Ok, no mixed emotions. I hate US Airways and I not fond of the Las Vegas Airport. After waiting for an hour for another airplane, waiting on the plane for over two hours, they yank us off the flight because the staff in the tower went home for the night. At 2:30 in the morning, I did not need to hear this. AGGHGH!

I will say the only bright spot is that the US Air staff is nice. They have tried to be helpful even if it didn't work.
I am writing this from the Vegas airport. I have mixed emotions. The place creeps me out with slot machines in the gates and a man with an Elvis wig on sitting next to me in the seats, but they have free wi-fi. Ahh, I am torn.

I am heading to Seattle to see my friend for New Year's but they have overbooked the flight and we are all waiting for people to give up their seats so that we can board. I would do it - free night in Vegas, roundtrip ticket, and a booking on tomorrow morning's flight - but I hate Vegas. Oh, and my friend is waiting for me at the airport in Seattle.

Loving NY. Was in Manhattan for three hours, walked past Alec Baldwin
and had the best sushi of my life. A gorgeous place called "Trust Me" where they select choice cuts and serve them to you. The fish literally melted in my mouth. It was amazing! I want to rush there again.

Soon, I am off for bagels and coffee, light shopping and then off to the spa for manis and pedis and a massage.

Life is grand!
